YAL Members Winning Moment

Young Arab Leaders and the Higher Colleges of Technology (HCT) collaborated in HCT’s 5th Ibitkar Competition where YAL Members Ghada Dulaim, Fady El Borno and Dr. Mazen Zein were invited to be judges in the competition. During the event, the YAL Industry Experts were able to share their advice on developing the business model and ideas with the 12 competing startups with an aim to encourage their entrepreneur paths. Ibtikar is a challenging business innovation competition that allows students from all divisions to leverage the tools they have learned in the Innovation and Entrepreneurship course to come up with ideas that solve real-life problems.
