Entrepreneur Workshop Series, organized by Young Arab Leaders in strategic partnership with Mohammed Bin Rashid Est. for SME Development (Dubai SME) under its educational arm Dubai Entrepreneurship Academy & the Hamdan Innovation Incubator, held its inaugural session last September 21, 2016 at the Hamdan Innovation Incubator. This entrepreneur-focused series presents unique topics to the startup community with regional mentors & speakers aimed at educating & providing entrepreneurs with tools to launch or scale their businesses.

About the Speaker

Nader is Head of Business Development for Uber in Middle East, North Africa and Turkey. In his role, he looks after Uber’s strategic relationships with investors and corporates to ensure sustainable growth for Uber in the region. His career spans multiple industries in Europe, Africa, and Asia leading strategic growth activities. Previously, he was the Director of M&A and Franchising for Dubai-based Aramex, responsible for the company’s corporate development and global expansion. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Cranfield School of Management, Nader is also an angel investor and actively involved in the region’s startup scene.
