Nabra Al Busaidi, Executive Director of Young Arab Leaders, joins the Emirates Award for the Arabian Gulf Youth panel of judges with HE Abdul Baset Al Janahi, CEO of DubaiSME​; Mr. Hisham Al Gurg, CEO of SEED Group; Mr. Sultan Al Hajji, VP and CSO of Total​; and Mr. Faisal Al Hammadi, CEO of Slices. Launched under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs & International Cooperation and Chairman of Emirates Foundation, EAAGY aims to foster a culture of entrepreneurship, in line with the National Entrepreneurship Strategic Plan and the Foundation’s socially driven mission, by encouraging youth to develop innovative solutions and social enterprises that address society’s most pressing challenges.

Through this platform, the youth and their ideas get connected with people and resources to help them nurture the ‘social innovator’ in them. They learn how to blend financial return with social impact; providing opportunities not just to share their thoughts but also to gain new skills, learn from successful social entrepreneurs and network with leading philanthropists from across the region.
